Sourdough Biscuits
Sourdough Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 2/3 c. oil, 4 c. flour, 1 c. warm water and 4 c. buttermilk (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add oil and buttermilk and mix well (be sure oil is well blended).
Add the 4 cups of flour and mix well.
Then add 5 cups of flour, salt, baking powder and soda and mix well.
Dough is ready to bake.
Seal in airtight bowl and refrigerate.
To bake, pinch off amount needed and bake about 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Will keep about 2 months refrigerated if sealed properly.
