Sourdough Biscuits
Sourdough Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sourdough starter, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar, 1 cube butter and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together all ingredients except butter.
Shape biscuits. Roll each one in melted butter as you place it in a 12 to 15-inch cast-iron skillet.
Put skillet of biscuits in cold oven.
Turn on to 375Β°; cook for 45 minutes.
When done, turn out of skillet and wrap in dish towel to steam.
When cool, they may be packaged if not eaten right away.
