Sour Cream Rolls
Sour Cream Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 pkg. yeast and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place butter in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat; add sour cream and sugar and cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in warm water 5 minutes; stir sour cream mixture.
Add beaten eggs. Combine flour and salt gradually.
Add yeast mixture; mix well. Cover dough and refrigerate overnight.
Punch dough down; divide dough into 2 parts, shaping into any desired shape rolls.
Let rise until double in bulk, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
