Sour Cream Rhubarb Squares
Sour Cream Rhubarb Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix granulated sugar, nuts, butter or margarine and cinnamon until crumbly.
Set aside.
Cream together brown sugar, shortening and egg.
Thoroughly stir together flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
Stir in rhubarb. Turn into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with reserved topping.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serve warm or cool.
