Put rhubarb in a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
Mix cream, sugar, flour and egg yolks.
Pour over rhubarb and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool slightly.
Beat egg whites and add remaining sugar. Spread over pie and bake about 15 minutes.
