Butter sugar; add egg yolks and beat until creamy.
Salt together three times.
Combine soda and sour cream.
Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream mixture the butter, sugar and egg mixture.
Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
Fold in egg whites that have been beaten stiff.
Spoon batter into a 10-inch greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300Β° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
