Sour Cream Potatoes
Sour Cream Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. onion and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Potatoes may be cooked until done.
Peel and grate. Melt 1/2 cup butter with cheese together.
Remove from heat and stir in potatoes, sour cream, pepper and onions.
Pour into 8 x 12-inch casserole and dot with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
