Sour Cream Pecan Cake

Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
Cream margarine and 2 1/4 cups sugar until light; add egg yolks one at a time, beating well. Add vanilla, lemon and almond extracts.
Stir together flour and baking soda, then add to batter mixture alternately with sour cream.
Mix well; stir in pecans.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; add 1/2 cup sugar and fold egg whites into batter. Bake in a 325Β° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
