Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter; add 2 cups sugar gradually, beating until very light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, very well.
Mix in cream and vanilla.
Fold in flour sifted with baking powder and salt.
Combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
Place 1/3 batter in well greased and floured Bundt pan or a 9-inch tube pan.
Sprinkle with 3/4 of nut mixture.
Spoon remaining batter in and sprinkle with remaining nut mixture.
Bake about 60 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from pan after 10 minutes and cool on rack.
