Souped-up Broccoli
Souped-Up Broccoli is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bunch fresh broccoli, cut up, 2 c. diced carrots, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Cook the carrots for 10 minutes.
Drain.
In a buttered 2-quart casserole arrange a layer of half the broccoli then a layer of 1/2 the carrots. Repeat.
Cover the vegetables with the undiluted mushroom soup. Top with the grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
