Soup Clam Chowder
Soup Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, diced, 1 large onion, chopped, 10 oz. can diced clams, 1 c. potatoes, diced and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute bacon and onions.
Add clam juice, water and potatoes. Boil until tender.
Stir flour into 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Add to chowder, stirring until thick.
Stir in remaining milk, clams, butter, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
