Sopaipillas
Sopaipillas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. warm water, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine the first 3 ingredients and let stand until yeast is dissolved and growing.
Gradually add the rest of the items and only 1 cup of flour at a time until the dough doesn't stick to hands; knead 5 minutes.
Rub a small amount of Crisco on surface and cover in warm place.
Let rise 1 hour.
Roll a small amount at a time about 1/8-inch thick and cut 3-inch or 4-inch squares.
Fry in hot oil until golden and pillowy.
Serve hot with honey, sugar and cinnamon.
