Soft Pretzels
Soft Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Measure warm water in bowl.
Sprinkle on yeast and stir until it looks soft.
Add salt, sugar and flour.
Mix well.
Knead dough (press down, fold over and press down again) for 5 to 10 minutes.
Roll and shape dough into anything you want.
Lay pretzels on cookie sheet.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt, cinnamon, sugar, etc.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
