Soft Pretzels
Soft Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 egg, well beaten and 1 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in water in bowl.
Add salt, sugar and flour. (If mixture is too sticky, add some more flour.
If too dry, add some water.)
Make 8 small balls from dough.
Roll into long strips; shape into pretzels.
Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 425Β° for 18 to 20 minutes.
