Soft Peanut Butter Cookies
Soft Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c. solid shortening, 1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine peanut butter and shortening. Add brown sugar, milk and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add egg. Mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add to peanut butter mixture.
Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
