Snowflake Cookies
Snowflake Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas, oil for frying and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stack tortillas and wrap in foil; place in 350Β° oven for 7 minutes to soften.
This can also be done by placing one or two at a time in a microwave oven wrapped in a cloth.
While still warm, fold each tortilla into fourths and with scissors, cut designs from edges and folded sides.
Unfold and fry one at a time in 1/2-inch oil for approximately 20 seconds until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Store in tight covered container.
