Slovak Pancakes
Slovak Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 3 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat the eggs well.
Add sugar, salt and 1 cup milk.
Beat very well and then add flour gradually, putting in the remaining milk.
Beat until very smooth.
Have greased skillet hot.
Put about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on this skillet.
Brown both sides.
A filling may be used such as jams, jellies, etc.
This recipe makes about 30 pancakes.
