Slender French Fries
Slender French Fries is an easy dinner. Made with 2 medium potatoes (12 oz. total), 2 tsp. cooking oil, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/8 tsp. salt and catsup (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch sticks.
Place sticks in a bowl of ice water to crisp.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Place potato sticks in a plastic bag.
Add cooking oil, paprika and salt. Shake to coat.
On a large baking sheet, arrange the potato sticks in a single layer. Bake in a 425Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden, turning once or twice. If desired, serve with catsup.
