Made with 1 c. raw rice (not minute rice), 1 bunch green onions, chopped (tops too), 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 c. parsley, chopped and 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Take cup of raw rice and cook it.
Add eggs, milk, salad oil, Tabasco sauce, salt and Cheddar cheese to rice, mixing well.
Add rice mixture to green vegetables; mix well.
Pour into a large buttered casserole.
Top with bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese (if desired) and paprika.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
May be prepared a day in advance and cooked before needed.
