Simple Raisin Bread

Preheat the oven to 375Β°.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Mix together flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Stir in raisins.
Beat together buttermilk, brown sugar and melted butter at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
At low speed, beat flour mixture into buttermilk mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, until well combined.
Spoon batter into prepared pan; smooth top.
Bake bread until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes.
Transfer pan to wire rack to cool for 10 minutes. Loosen bread by running a metal spatula around sides of pan.
Turn bread out onto rack to cool completely.
