Shrimp with Lime Sauce
Shrimp With Lime Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive ol, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 8 green onions, sliced thin, 2 tsp. crushed garlic and 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat olive oil in large skillet; add mushrooms and saute 1 minute. Stir in green onions, garlic and ginger.
Add chicken broth, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and shrimp.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Meanwhile, heat evaporated milk in glass measuring cup in microwave just until bubbles appear around edge (30 seconds).
Stir milk into shrimp mixture and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
