Shrimp with Garlic Sauce
Shrimp With Garlic Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 to 24 jumbo shrimp, 3/4 c. butter, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 4 shallots, sliced and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Melt butter.
Add garlic and shallots.
Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, parsley and wine.
Place shrimp on a broiler pan.
Pour 1/2 garlic butter mixture over shrimp.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
Turn shrimp over, pour remaining butter mixture and broil 3 minutes.
Allow shrimp to marinate 2 minutes before serving.
