Shrimp with Black Bean Sauce
Shrimp With Black Bean Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. fermented chinese black beans, 1/4 lb. ground lean pork, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Rinse beans and mix with pork, garlic and ginger.
In hot wok, add oil and shrimp.
Stir-fry about 3 minutes.
Remove from pan. Add pork mixture to pan and stir-fry about 5 minutes. Add broth and heat until boiling.
Mix in shrimp and onions. Serve with rice, noodles and/or a bed of shredded nappa cabbage.
