Shrimp Traviata
Shrimp Traviata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 medium shrimp, 1 egg, 1/4 c. milk, 2 c. bread crumbs and 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and devein shrimp, cutting down back to butterfly.
Mix egg and milk.
Mix bread crumbs and seasonings together.
Dip shrimp in egg wash then in seasoned bread crumbs.
Melt butter in saute pan.
Saute shrimp until brown.
Remove to warm platter.
Add sherry and lemon juice to pan and stir with wooden spoon to deglaze pan.
Cook down slightly, then pour over shrimp.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 2.
