Shrimp Stuffed in Bell Peppers
Shrimp Stuffed In Bell Peppers is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with bell peppers (medium), c. shrimp, cooked and picked, c. bread crumbs, eggs, beaten and c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut off tops; remove seeds from peppers.
Cook pepper shells in boiling water for 5 minutes, then put at once into cold water.
Cut shrimp slightly.
Combine with eggs, crumbs and milk.
Saute chopped ingredients in butter for 3 minutes; add to shrimp mixture. Add seasonings; stuff into pepper shells, putting a few bread crumbs and a drop of butter on top of each.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in moderate oven (375Β°).
Serves 6.
