Shrimp Scampi
Shrimp Scampi is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 stick butter, 1/4 c. parsley, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and 1 tbsp. minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Over medium heat in a medium frying pan, melt the butter.
Add the parsley and onions and saute until the onions are tender.
Add the lemon juice and garlic; stir and continue to saute about another 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and salt and stir to mix well. Saute until the shrimp are opaque and turn pinkish, about 5 minutes.
Do not overcook!
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
