Shrimp Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 oz. pkg. cooked salad shrimp, 1 c. brown rice, 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. onion, chopped and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook brown rice according to package directions.
Combine cooked rice, bell pepper, onion and celery.
