Shrimp or Crawfish Mold
Shrimp Or Crawfish Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. shrimp or crawfish, 1 (8 oz.) philadelphia cream cheese, 3/4 c. onion, chopped, 3/4 c. celery, chopped and 1 can campbell's tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Boil shrimp in crab boil bag; peel and chop, or chop fresh or frozen crawfish (thawed).
Dilute gelatin in 1/4 cup water (mix and stir).
In Magnalite, bring soup to a boil.
Remove from fire. Add cream cheese and gelatin mix.
Let cool.
Add celery, onion, mayo and meat.
(Add red pepper and salt if not boiling in seasoning bag.)
Spray mold with Pam.
Pour in mold.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve on tray with decorated lettuce.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
