Shrimp-Mushroom Casserole
Shrimp-Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk or cream, 1/2 c. dry sherry and 1 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter.
Add flour; cook gently 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add milk while stirring.
Return to heat and cook until thick, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sherry.
In a small greased casserole, layer half the shrimp, mushrooms, almonds and sauce.
Repeat layers.
Top with Parmesan and crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
