Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. water and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large saucepan over low heat, heat tomato soup and cream cheese, stirring, until cream cheese melts.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water; stir into hot mixture.
Remove from heat; blend in mayonnaise.
Add the diced onion, celery, green pepper and shrimp. Pour mixture into a greased salad mold; refrigerate until firm. The flavor is better if allowed to set overnight.
Serve as a salad or hors d'oeuvre with crackers.
