Shrimp-Macaroni Salad
Shrimp-Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shelled shrimp, cooked, 1 1/2 c. macaroni shells, cooked and drained, 4 oz. process american cheese, cubed, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut up shrimp; toss with macaroni that has been cooked and cooled.
Add cheese, celery, green peppers and onions.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill.
Before serving, stir salad.
May be served in lettuce lined bowl and topped with green pepper rings.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
