Shrimp Florentine
Shrimp Florentine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chopped spinach, 3/4 lb. cooked and cleaned shrimp, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook spinach; drain well and set aside.
Make a sauce of the butter, flour and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add wine, salt, pepper and scallions.
Add enough paprika to make a rosy color.
Add cooked shrimp to sauce mixture.
Arrange spinach in pie pan to form a crust.
Pour sauce over spinach. Top with shredded cheese and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, about 35 to 45 minutes at 325Β°.
