Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 to 3 tbsp. oil, 1 c. celery, 1 crushed garlic clove, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat electric skillet to 300Β°.
Saute onions, celery, garlic and mushrooms until tender.
Sprinkle with flour and seasonings and blend in.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer 10 minutes.
Add green pepper and shrimp and simmer 8 to 10 minutes more.
Grated cheese is also added with green pepper. Heat and serve over hot rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
