Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 c. thin strips onion, 1/3 c. thin strips green pepper and 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can solid pack tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over low heat.
Add garlic, onion and green pepper.
Stir often; cook until onion is yellowed. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, a pinch of sugar and basil.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and partly breaking up tomatoes.
Slice each shrimp in half, lengthwise, and add.
Reheat.
Serve over hot rice.
