Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/4 c. diced bell pepper, 1/4 c. minced onion and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
Add water to liquid to make 1 1/3 cups.
Saute celery, pepper and onion in butter.
Add shrimp, cook until pink.
Add measured liquid, tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Stir in rice.
Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
