Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 envelope lipton golden onion soup (with real chicken broth) and 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped (reserve liquid), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a medium skillet, melt butter and cook green pepper and celery until tender.
Add golden onion soup mix blended with reserved liquid and water, tomatoes and parsley.
Bring to a boil, then simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are done.
Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.
