Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. boiled and peeled shrimp, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 7 oz. can sliced mushrooms and 1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown onions.
Add bell pepper and mushrooms, season with Worcestershire and Tabasco.
Simmer for a couple of minutes.
Then add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
Add peeled shrimp and simmer 10 to 15 minutes more.
Serve over yellow rice.
Feeds 4 to 6 people.
