Shrimp, Crab and Corn Soup
Shrimp, Crab And Corn Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 strips raw bacon, diced, 1/2 medium onion, diced, 2 c. sweet corn, 4 oz. margarine and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute bacon and onion; stir in corn and margarine.
Cook until margarine melts.
Add flour and stir well.
Add stocks, oregano, pimento and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add shrimp, crab and half and half.
Season with hot pepper sauce. Bring to boil.
Adjust seasonings.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
