Sherry Chicken With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Rinse chicken breast with cold water and pat dry.
Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve chicken gravy over rice.
