Sherry Cheese Sauce
Sherry Cheese Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. skim milk, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper and pinch of nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In medium saucepan, over high heat, combine milk, salt, mustard, pepper and nutmeg.
Bring to boil.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and sherry; stir until well blended.
Stir cornstarch mixture into saucepan mixture.
Reduce heat to low and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Serve over vegetables.
