Sherry Beef Casserole Dish
Sherry Beef Casserole Dish is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. (or less for one person) stewing meat, lean, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 c. cooking sherry wine and 1/2 pkg. onion soup (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Add jar of mushroom and parsley, if so desired, makes it much better.
Put all ingredients together and stir in a casserole or crock-pot.
Cover and cook at 325Β° for 3 hours.
Be sure container is large enough so it doesn't run over.
Great over large egg noodles or mashed potatoes as a main dish.
