Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. leftover meat (beef, lamb or pork), minced, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. turnips and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add onion, turnip and celery to meat.
Pan fry all ingredients in butter for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, sage to taste and 1/2 cup red wine.
Line a casserole dish with meat mixture.
Place mashed potatoes on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
