Seven-Minute Frosting
Seven-Minute Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites (unbeaten), dash of salt, 2 tsp. light corn syrup, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine all ingredients except the vanilla in top of double boiler.
Beat 1 minute to blend, then place over boiling water and beat with a sturdy egg beater or at high speed of electric mixer for 7 minutes or until stiff peaks will form.
(Stir frosting up from bottom and sides of pan occasionally.)
Fold in vanilla. Makes enough to frost two 9-inch layers or a 10-inch tube cake or 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake.
