Seven Minute Frosting
Seven Minute Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. water, 2 tsp. corn syrup and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients, except vanilla.
Place over rapidly boiling water, beating on high speed until mixture stands in peaks, about 7 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Continue beating until frosting holds deep swirls (about 2 minutes).
Frosts a 13 x 9-inch cake or 2 layer cake.
