Sesame Pork Roast
Sesame Pork Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2 sliced garlic cloves, 2-inch ginger root, peeled and sliced, 3 to 5 lb. pork tenderloin and 3/4 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine soy sauce, garlic cloves and ginger root.
Marinate pork 1 hour in soy sauce mixture in refrigerator.
Dry pork with a paper towel.
Coat with honey and roll in sesame seed.
Bake on a lightly greased broiler pan rack at 375° until thickest portion reaches 160° (approximately 1 hour).
