Sesame Chicken Salad
Sesame Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, diced, 1 c. celery, diced, 2 c. pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 4 tsp. sesame seed, toasted and divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, pineapple chunks, mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons sesame seed, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Toss well.
Arrange lettuce leaves on serving dish and top with chicken salad; sprinkle with remaining sesame seed and pineapple juice.
