Seafood Pasta Sauce
Seafood Pasta Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. olive oil, 2 onions, minced, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1 c. dry white wine and 4 (28 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Pour in wine and cook 2 minutes.
Chop tomatoes.
Add tomatoes and their juices, basil, oregano and parsley.
Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to a simmer.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Add seafoods.
Cover and cook until seafood is just firm, about 3 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
Add pepper to taste.
