Seafood Pasta Salad
Seafood Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. tri-color pasta spirals, 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat, 2 carrots, sliced and 1 stalk celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook pasta as directed on package.
Drain.
Cut broccoli flowerets from stems and pour boiling water over flowerets in a colander.
Drain well.
Combine broccoli, crab meat, carrots, celery, and green pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Combine oil and vinegar in small bowl.
Add seasonings, mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over pasta and chill until serving time.
Yield: 8 servings.
