Seafood Fettucini
Seafood Fettucini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large garlic cloves, minced, 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 c. skim milk and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine; cook garlic over low heat.
Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.
Slowly add milk; stir until thickened.
If it boils, remove from heat and wait a few minutes, then add cheese. (Cheese added to a liquid at boiling temperature will curdle.) Cook and stir until cheese melts and it is smooth.
Fold in crab, parsley, salt and pepper*.
Toss with fettucini.
Serve immediately.
You can also add cooked shrimp or scallops or any combination.
