Seafood Chowder
Seafood Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 stalks celery, chopped, 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large pot, saute onion, celery and potatoes in butter over low heat until onion is softened.
Add remaining ingredients, except fish.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add fish and simmer for 15 minutes more.
Be sure to remove bay leaf before serving.
Yield
About 2 quarts or 8 to 12 servings.
